Is Smokey Mountain Safe?
Smokey Mountain is considered a safe alternative to smokeless tobacco. The FDA approves all of the ingredients used in Smokey Mountain products.

Does Smokey Mountain taste exactly like smokeless tobacco?
No, Smokey Mountain is similar but not identical to moist smokeless tobacco. It is virtually impossible to duplicate the exact flavor of dark fired tobacco. Smokey Mountain is, however, a great tasting tobacco-free alternative. In fact, many of our customers tell us that they prefer the taste of Smokey Mountain to their old tobacco based brands.

How old do I have to be to buy Smokey Mountain?
Although there are no laws prohibiting the sale of Smokey Mountain to minors, we will not knowingly sell, sample, or promote Smokey Mountain to anyone under the age of 18. Further, we encourage retailers not to sell Smokey Mountain to anyone under the age of 18. Smokey Mountain is not intended to be a "training wheels" product for moist smokeless tobacco. Rather, Smokey Mountain is intended to be an adult alternative to smokeless tobacco just like non-alcoholic beer is an adult alternative to alcoholic beer.

We have national distribution through Wal-Mart and select 7-Eleven stores. In addition, there are many regional chain accounts and independent stores that carry Smokey Mountain. In addition to Pro Football Hall of Famer Randy White, there are many pro teams and athletes that use Smokey Mountain. Due to the fact that we are a small company, we do not pay the teams and athletes to use Smokey Mountain. Because we do not have endorsement approval, we cannot provide you with a detailed list (legal issue).
